  TS, dun think too much. i understand ur situation coz i experienced it b4 and stil is going thru it. its hard and can create mental breakdown or unseen stress. time will heal. you may wan to read some spiritual books for healing of broken emotions. i have been doing it for going 1yr, though the pain is stil quite intense but not as much like b4.
