The time when i look out of the window and suddenly all the past horrid experience and current ones twirling in my mind.
Thinking about my past, I always wonder if i was at fault. What would happen if i were to take this action, take that step. siiigh...

i know wat u mean tho...cos sometimes my past haunts me too.
But you need to learn how to let go of them, and cherish what you have now in the present...because today is all that matters. What has happened, has happened. You can only reflect back on them and learn, yet it is impossible to turn back the hands of time so that you can go back and amend the mistakes you might have made then...
So forgive yourself and move on...take it as a experience that will help you to grow and become someone better
