I think for most girls
Looks - Must Kan De Shun Yan. No need to be drop dead gorgeous. Of course if the guy is drop dead gorgeous, that is a bonus.
Character - I guess for most it's: Kind, Hardworking, Caring, Understanding, not abusive, no vices
Money - Define poor. I know of people who live in bungalow, drive big car etc and say they are poor and do not have enough money. I also know of people who are living on $2k combined income but is happy and think they have enough and better off than alot of people.
Although bread-and-butter issues are considerations, you will have to put it in perspective on your spending habits etc. Then again, if you are in love and happy, you're much richer than many people in the world
