Version 3. need help

hey i am pretty new to Initial D arcade game and im seeking for help. i watch the anime but ive only played a little bit of Version 1... some questions are
can u convert Version1 -> version 3 card? wats a good begiiner car for version 3? i had a Mazda RX-7 FDS3 on version 1. i was stuck inbetween the last guy on easy an first guy on normal so yah.
mainly i want to know if i can convert my card. and is RX-7 stilll good? wats a good (noob) car for me thx
and wat tune should i use? A,b,c,d and wats the difference? thx -

so u saying i can stay with my FDS3? ok prob just convert my card then!... i beat everyone on easy and my friend beat KT for me on normal
.. are there any tips for learning Normal?
i heard u dont ever need to shift down in Easy NOR Normal... but i use to shift down on the Grand Curve on Myougi and twice on normal./... so all i need to do on those turns in hole brake while turning? cool thx
and how do u READ the shift points when people write? for exmaple
6000, 6800, 7400, (speed depends on course...myogi 160, usui 155, akagi and akina 140, tuchi 130) -
noe the points u see on your tachometer???(read: the little circle on your bottom rite wif all the numbers...

look there and u noe...
so for example if i say shift 5k...it means at 5000 rpm...gettit???
if u wan keep the FD....it's a good car....
