bro abt the prob. i face it when i started playing IRO.. later i realised that you have to ramp yr 3th gear to abt 10,750 RPM to 11,000 RPM then when you shift to 4th gear the RPM will be slightly 9,000 RPM cos after 9,000 RPM you can feel the pickup, and during turns right, when you drop from 4th to 3rd, while turning.. keep pumping the accelerator to maintain the RPM, it helps to drift too.. practice a bit.. and also. hachi roku is very fast when you do a drift at the corner with only the rear turning rather than to crab walk..Originally posted by Hachi_roku_bun:I really love my Hachi Roku except for one thing - on Iroha it does awesomely, but if i shift up to 4th below 87 kph (on new engine around 10,500 RPM) it will actually LOSE speed in 4th (i.e. go down to 86.. 85..). I have to wait for it to get to 88 kph which takes a very long time in 3rd. Can anyone help me on this? Why is my hachi loosing speed? Thank you for your help!
oh yes - the FC and FD(type R) rock as well. very fun!
