  fer some reason i cant race ppl on ver.3...so i wanna know how do you accept challenges and how do you race?

  press start when u are racing with com...
  Or after when u put in the credits, there will be an option asking u to choose....

  If you're new to the game, i don't advice you to switch on your challenges, lest you get 'eaten'.
