I think ryosukefc3s definations of tuning is wrong, I got my info from some site.
tune A. average tune, average average and average (average)
tune B. wet tune almost similar to A, but more suitable for wet.(wet courses)
tune C. most stability tune, due to its spoiler and rims.(courses with many tight turns, iro, happo, akina, akagi is needless to say)
tune D. high speed tune, obvious with its GTwing and rims too. (myogi, usui, and akagi of course)
above mentioned are IF u dont change any parts.
