Yes. Team DRT is based at Jurong Point. Dynamic Racing Team.
As far as I'm concerned, they are about the only worthy team in the West side. And they have SUBARU sponsoring them. NO, I'M NOT KIDDING. SUBARU IS SPONSORING THEM. To play IDAS V3 or something. Their leader has connections. And yes, they all wear Subaru t-shirts. Can be easily identified from their blue Subaru tees. -

That I'm not sure. But I know their member's car nicks. Look out for SLASH Trueno 86, FCUK! Evo3... the rest are in jap. So I can't really remember well... try probably some time in the early afternoon on weekends, and evenings on weekdays.
