Whats with the select button being pressed....?

Hi,
i wouldl like to know....whats with the select button being pressed at the screen of out stats of out car.
it seems to be able to change the different gear shifts of our car?
(e.g: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9) and the other options.
and how to i make the cup of water instead of the map?
could someone help me out wif it?

Just play around with that screen with the numbers 1-9... those numbers adjust your handling of the car... whether the wheel will be stiff or loose when you drive... For your Integra, I recommend changing it to 3 instead of 5... otherwise, your hand and arm will become very tired after playing the last track once or twice...
To change it, go to that screen, then use the gear shift to highlight that option, press the start button once to access it, turn the wheel to change it to 3, then press the start button again....
I also use an Integra... a silver one... with about 300k points... waiting to change my spoiler, cos I accidentally changed it back once... wasted about 60000 points... hai~...
I normally play at Lot 1, or Bugis... -
to change your settings, move the gear shift down or up to move between the options. To change a value, step on your Accelerator Pedal and turn your steering wheel.
1. This is the BGM - Back Ground Music. On / Off / ??
2. This is the Map Settings. Map On / Map Off / Paper Cup
3. This is the Force Feedback of your Stering Wheel. 1 weak, 9 strong. The weaker your steering wheel, the easier it is you take to turn. This does not affect the turning radius.
4. Meter Settings. Normal / Simple
5. Not sure about the 5th Settings. -

The parts are not cheap, so i recommend you not to change if you prefer the current parts of your car. As for whether the parts affect the performance of the Car, no one knows exactly whether it affects or not. But the higher the points of your car, the faster it will go. Below is the price of each parts.
