Maybe they can get together a few weirdos who work cheap, then throw them into the contest with a lot of hype... can turn them into Singapore's own Fag4.. maybe call them D5 or Dimwits5 or some kind of BS like that?

If I can only get the screenplay of The Adventures of Ford Fairlane, I'll write down what the bad guy said about the music industry
It goes something like get some pretty boy, hype him to heck, make him look like someone the little girls (ahem!) will get wet over, give him some crappy material to sing and then sell truckloads of his CDs.. after a while, abandon him because everyone forgets...

I wonder why Mediacorp has Star Search in the first place. They hardly make good use of the new artistes that come with Star Search. Such a "glamorous" event has become something that's actually EMBARASSING to participate in.
And hmm have I been watching too little of the telly... Whatever happened to Fame Awards?
