toking about customers, got one time i work in a bank, i call a customer ask him whether want to consider taking up a mortgage loan from us, then ah he spent the next 1hour telling me about his story, how from young he survive the war, then he grow up do what then how he survive the economic slump, then say some banks very good help him (like OCBC story sia) then tok tok tok in the end, say if he wan will call me...kaoz...
any one i see more funny, did not happen to me. I was at the Kopi Tiam opposite national library just beside the Hotel Rendezvous. Almost midnite, i was at the fried chichken store, this ang moh in front of me like wait very long liao appear very impatient. then when the guy finally finish frying the chicken, he put the chicken into a tray together with the fries to seeth out the oil...suddenly the ang moh start shouting at him say can u please separate the chicken and fries, becos the oil use to fry the fries dirty so he dun wan to mix together with the chicken. obviously the guy pissed off lah, then the ang moh keep scolding him somemore say so slow lah everything...finally the store guy buay tahan scold him back then throw back the $5 at the ang moh, wah then raise middle finger, the ang moh raise back and walk off then keep turning back and scold f*** f*** then the guy scold back...fierce. -

From wat i know, those Customer servcing TSO lines always lack of staffs. 3yrs ago when I work in one of the ISP, every week I sure see new staffs coming in and old staffs leaving. Cos this job not many want to do lor... Tok whole day other the phone involving Internet technical staffs...
