I didnt even raise my voice. farking cust. Worse.... wonder if u kena any phone call by an Indian (those from India) cust... wat pian.. their Indian slang is so chim.. I cannot understand them... They scold me donno how to listen to English.. Arent even hav prob attending to ang mo... then when he make a complaint to my manager.. hahaha
then my manager put me on cc when he reply.. not rebuking me.
juz stating wat i've told him.. those reasons were correct
and regarding my attitude, my manager said he will check with me.
then the customer replied asking is the girl who served him.. is it me? haha
then he said forget the whole issue.. maybe i had a bad day dats why my mood wasn't dat good.

But I usually heck care... Scold me lor. No choice.. gotta tahan their sh!t. Den I put super bad remarks in their database! Somemore even worse.... My colleagues was quite cb also. Anyhow attend the cust n attempt to smoke off.. Somemore smoke so unpro.. Den when the cust call back again.. Ji tao... I kena shoot. Worse... One idiot actually use my ang mo name n serve the cust. Den cust du lan. complain to managment.. den I tio kan.. worse... I never use my ang mo name to serve cust.. cos ang mo name is easier to remember den chinese name.. unless it a very chim one! hahaha -

but i check.. his warranty card and the motherboard brand don't tally.. and the motherboard doesn't belong to my company
so i asked him to leave...
then he said he bought it from tis dealer and it comes with everything, he contact them before.. they ask him to come to my company. and he's asking me to contact the dealer.. siao ah
not my problem ask me contact them.. i juz tell him off in a nice way
