Wat u work?? U sound like Customer Service Officer... cos u mention customer... Or u working as a phone operator n pc got access to internet? Kinda puzzle sia....

but if the customer offend the people working in food and beverage dept, they might get extra ingredients in their food. -
Face to face very hard not to get angry.
Once I was phone supporting a guy with his software problems. The guy didn't know what taskbars, icons, click, right click, double clicks were. How to support him? haha. Slowly loh. Lucky didn't pull my hair out. -
