hmmm. well most of the products in the shop looks to be 3P. don't actually think they're copies. in any case im popping in on mon to check them out properly.Originally posted by zoik:haha cool
i'm not familair with scala, but you should be aware that a couple of companies in china have been churning out cheap carbon copies of tokyo Marui products.
in most cases the magazines wont fit because of feeding or fitting issues, but things like the gearboxes and their components are interchangeable.
they use cheaper components like the motor but they still have decent velocity and rate of fire.
most of the popular products of Tokyo Marui's range - both AEG's and Springers have already been copied, the AK-47 has just come out as well.
Another company [one of the big names] is making either a GBB or an AEG version of the MP7.
if its marushin or maruzen, then you can bet on a gas-driven MP7, which would be quite cool.
so, it looks like Tokyo Marui has lost its grip on the airsoft market beyond the shores of its native land...
and China once again will be claiming another market [on the international side at least] for its own.
If you want support firepower, the Star [taiwanese] M249 [both standard and the shorty Para version] has finally hit the shelves in the uk, and comes with a 2,500 round ammo boxmag, and is about 350+ quid cheaper than the Classic Army rival. Top looks to be pushed out of its niche market..
Sorry man, my offer is to Singaporeans in residing in Singapore.Originally posted by mrwonderful:Thats an unusual choice.. is that the sidearm used by the police or MPs? I think only got one version of the gbb varient for the p228
China AEGs cheapens the quality and elegance of the original Tokyo Marui AEGs. China manufacturers are theives because they can't create so they steal other people's ideas.Originally posted by zoik:haha cool

Since you are in UK, I guess you would have no problems purchasing airsoft.

oh selling. heh no.Originally posted by zoik:selling i presume.
btw, i'm not singaporean..
It would be expensive. But it will still be cheaper then owning an airsoft legallyOriginally posted by HENG@:perhaps. but i want to see what sort of prices u offer.
give a quote? just so i can compareOriginally posted by max_headroom:It would be expensive. But it will still be cheaper then owning an airsoft legally
Don't you find that troublesome? Besides, it will be more expensive to own one legally and the choices are quite limited. Only GBB pistols and no AEGsOriginally posted by zoik:if talking about sg, i believe you need some kind of import licence as well as other paperwork just to be able to keep them.
would be easiest to just join the airsoft club in sg and ask them to keep your guns for you.
i'll probably end up doing that.
