Folks, I am sending out the request today to use the field on 22 Sept 2002. Time remains at 0900hrs.
Khai, pls start sourcing for opponents (hopefully teams that we can beat...hehehe.......boost morale)
. By the way, I may get Irwin down for this game. He told me that he is not playing for any outside team. If he is willing to play for us, it makes a lot of difference. The best thing is that he got no attitude problem.

Howdy people. Good and bad news.
Good news:
The field is ours from this Sun onwards till end of the year.
The key is with me. Since we are on this issue, I have to make it very clear unless our team is playing in the matches, no other teams are allowed to use the field. 
I will be the main person holding onto the key. In my absence, Alvin/Russell shall be the next in-charge. I will lock up the place once all of us are in the school to prevent any unnecessary disturbance. Help to look out for punks who tries to be funny, climbing over or what-so-ever. 
Bad news:
School is moving out end of this year. Have to look for alternative field after that. No plans for that plot of land yet. May want to consider buying it??
Ok, so much about the news. We will stick to the arrangement of having the game on 22 Sept 2002. As for this coming weekend, may want to gather sufficient people to kick in the field. Your choice. I have already contacted referee for 22 Sept's game. -

first things first,i've sounded off the sim rmit team for a game on the 22nd.they will let me noe by end of the wk.
secondly,i understand that u bowling guys r having a break on the 29th.would u guys like to have a game on that day as well?meaning 2 games on 2 consecutive sundays.n is it ok to have an afternoon game coz there is this team i want to play n they can only play afternoon.i'm trying to arrange as many games as possible this couple of months coz i won't b joining u guys from 6 nov onwards,fasting month is here again.
thirdly robin,regarding irwin,u noe me n him r buddies but i have my reservations about calling him down.being a former tg pagar and national youth player,i'm scared he might be a little disappointed with our team's standard.i noe him well n he likes playing with n against the best only.

Have not called Irwin yet. You may be right. Maybe I can tell him about the situation and see if he wants to join us for the games. At least we told him the truth.
About the afternoon game, I must say it's not possible as the field is book by a regular Tanjong Pagar Team on every Sun afternoon. Sorry to disappoint you. But we can still arrange the game on that particular day which you mentioned since the field is ours for every Sun morning till end of the year.
Just out of curiousity, about the coming fasting month, is it a situation which you can't play at all? Or play for 1 half kinda of thing? Cos' I have seen both situations before.

Khairul has confirmed our opponents. We will be playing the RMIT team and they will be wearing blue.

Jimmy, alfred and marcus has confirmed their availability. Both Jae and Jason are injured after the last game. -
jason n jae both confirmed out with injuries..
at the moment,ben is still pending..but jeremy will come down this week so he can slot in at the centre back position.
the only problem now is right mid where jason is suppose to play.if ben comes down,he can play there..he's quite versatile.otherwise we need to source for an alternative, unless robin can start the game? -

Bad news guys! Just been informed by Khairul that the RMIT team will not be able to play.
Khairul will continue to source for a team. In the meantime, the rest of us should try to look for opponents too. Cross our fingers till then. -
