Just heard from someone that his team engages a referee who books the field, arranges the opponent and officiates the match for them! According to him his team pays the referee about $80 to $90 per game (I assume so does the opponent). You guys might want to consider this arrangement.

It seems like a good arrangement if we have a regular team. Ok folks. Let's get something going......can we fix our game on 18 Aug 2002 (Sun) @ 0930hrs (kick off), a week after Alvin comes back. If both of you are agreeable, I will fax out the field request by this week.
Alvin, can you forward the contacts of Khai, Chest and Jimmy before you leave for Hongkong.
In the meantime, both me and Russ can follow up, arranging the "purchase and transfer" of the players while you are having 2 weeks of "training stinct" in Hongkong.
Alvin, your new position is striker so as a manager, I am expecting lots of short sprints and shots during our 1st Premiership game following your move to our team from Spurs. By the way, if you are arranging for "physio-therapy" for your heel in Hongkong, pls do so discreetly and not get caught by Mrs Chua. Hopefully, you do it at your heels and not elsewhere!#@ Currently, I looking to sign a new keeper, possibly "Oliver" (dun like to call him"Khan", sounds like somethinmg else) from Germany.
If you do see the Adidas "zorro" mask in Hongkong, appreciate if you could purchase it for your manager. I will reimburse you thru' your allowance issued by the club. Guys, you think we should have a club/team name for ourselves??
