what do you all think of them? i think they are lucky to be tagged as david tao's tu di. recognise immediately...
xiang dang nian, david tao's album cannot even be found in singapore, now people claims they like his music....

i mean, the first album started to sell only after the second album is released... i remember that there was time that his "i'm okay" is second on the charts and "david tao" is one the eighth....
people can tell me they like ai hen jian dan...true ar, the song is beautiful, but most people din look past the song...why is there only a few persons who like liu cha?
Has Tension's album even reached SG yet? Dun say them...newcomers like Alice Hung Ai Li...Zhong Wen...and Yuki (the male one)...did not manage to make it big...wrong timing to come out their albums???

hmm...dunno leh...i heard the album olredi...cos my fren bought it...wasn;t impressed by it...i keep thinking, if david tao dun cont;d, they prob won;t make it...but i tink their songs still ok loh..."cong ming" is quite a cute song...
I feel kinda tempted to purchase the album...i love r&b and hip hop...smart is under hip hop...hmm...so dunno if i should part with my money or not...

well, for hong ai li and yuki, they barely make it in taiwan loh. I mean, their sales is ok, to get a 2nd album, as for zhong wen......hmm.......*shake* Talking abt Tension, they r real lucky man. Just now see the ent news, their boss say give them each a S$50000 worth horse, if their album sold over 200 000 copies n they haf reach half of it liaoz. But...dun tink they can go 200,000 copies bcos i oso dun believe they haf sold 100,000 copies though claimed. WHy? Taozi say b4, perhaps divide their claimed sales by half, will give u actual sales. What the no they give, is more of the stocks they cleared, not counting those returned ones.

I agree wif u on that point...there are still such thing as returned stocks from wat someone told me...and i dun tink they made it to 100,000 even...probably half of the figure...even harlem has only sold 180,000 so far...
Probably I put tension sales ard 50,000 and guang liang ard 60,000 to 80,000...elva has already passed 200,000 which is not bad...sammi hit 160,000 i believe...
Yuki managed to sell 40,000 not bad lar...Hong Ai Li probably sigh sold 20,000 or less...Zhong Wen too...and Li Caihua...she looks like a goner too.
Actually, as for elva, sammi and harlem's sales, i oso dun put my 100% trust. I still remember another word from Taozi that many singers choose to claim their sales went over XXX 000 copies bcos is more of a trend.
Like example, Elva has come out to say, hey i've sold 200,000 copies, den being more tian hou than elva, sammi's company will definitely put her sales up oso, she may not be better, but at least a commendable figure.
But anyway, i believe Tension will eventually reach their real 100,000 copies. And remember Jiang mei qi ? It took her around 10 wks to accmulate NEAR 100,000 copies, when she has top the sales chart for 4 wks and stayed in top5 for the 10wks. MY close fren, who has worked before in Taiwan Virgin,told me that, the sales of jiang mei qi reported is really the truth. So, i dun really think Harlem, given 4 wks on chart, with 3 wks no1 and 1 wk no2, will give him 180,000 copies. Oh ya, this is abt tEnsion, so....urm...wish tension strive all the way~~~hehe.
At one week Harlem 30% of the sales on TCR...lor...so probably i do believe he did pass the 100,000 mark...jay is around 250000 i believe!
