yar...surprising...personally i would choose peggy hsu..shrugz,they mention tat she onli has a song 'qi qiu' to boast about...but was thinkin her way of singing other songs are not bad either loh...

What they are saying is that Xiao Cong is the mentor of Kong Ling Qi, and as Xiao Cong is on the panel of judges, that plays a part in Kong getting the award. Xiao Cong even went on air to criticise the other newcomer nominees, which I think is rather unprofessional for an "old bird" like himself.
